Abduction in Lab 42

This game was originally supposed to be an AR-Game which makes 'the floor is lava' a reallife experience. Due to troubles with software, we ended up shifting the idea into the VR world.

We soon noticed that it might not be the best idea to jump around in a room you can't see. So we decided to make a game exploring possible interations within the virtual world.


The story of the game is about the little robot on the poster. In the first section of the map he helps you to collect gems. Those gems can be placed into a table to unlock new interactions and paths for the little blue helper.

Tragically it ends with your companion vanishing.


An intimidating laser awaits in the next level. By aligning and rotating mirrors the right way, a laser has to be guided through a maze of gems and orbs.

An orb can only be activated by a laser that has the same color. That's where the gems come in. Once the laser passes through a gem, it changes the color accordingly. Each activated orb moves a mechanical arm holding the robot.


The last part is about saving your friend. He is held captive on top of a castle and evil robots want to see him gone.

Luckily you are equipped with a bow that has arrows which explode on impact. With precision and foresight you will save your robot and see the nightsky light up by cheerful fireworks.
